A little about me...
Born and raised in Connecticut, Andrew grew up with a unique perspective on design and architecture as the child of an interior designer mother and an architect father. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Hospitality Management he honed his customer service skills managing fine dining restaurants. However when the opportunity struck in 2017 to merge his passion for customer service and design into one, he jumped on it and was full steam ahead with a career in residential real estate brokerage.
Since then, Andrew Lanteri has quickly risen to become one of Asheville’s most trusted and top-selling brokers. Andrew specializes in residential sales with experience in land development and new construction. His clients appreciate his flexibility, patience, willingness to listen, market expertise, and ability to accurately price and market a home.
In 2020, Andrew formed The Andrew Lanteri Group. Working as a real estate team has been instrumental in allowing Andrew to focus his efforts on servicing his clients. The team approach affords extensive coverage availability to handle all showings and appointments. They are also able to offer a wide array of services to handle every transaction detail from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and stress free process. Taking advantage of the latest technologies is also a huge priority for the team, including social media marketing for new listings, property videos, drone photography, and much more.
Tired of struggling with contractors on his own investments and watching his real estate clients struggle to find reliable and affordable contractors after making a purchase, Andrew decided to put his passion for design to work again. In 2022, the construction services arm of The Andrew Lanteri Group was born in partnership with Lukasz Kutkowski. They specialize in residential remodeling services including, but not limited to Kitchen and Bath Renovations, Finished Basements, Decks/Patios & Hardscaping, Full house remodels.
